OUR STAFF

Meet our Founding Artists! Our Founding Artists are the artistic leaders of Growth Theatre Company, working collectively to sculpt and execute our vision in the designing of our season programming. The four founding artists are present in all company decision making, and adopt many roles in addition to their named title.

is the Artistic Director at Growth Theatre. She earned a BFA in Theatre Arts with a concentration in TYA and Education from DePaul University. After college, Camille worked at Lifeline Theatre as their Director of Education, beginning her outreach to the students of Chicago. She now works at the Chicago High School for the Arts as a Theatre Academic Faculty member. At the end of each school day Camille resides to Growth Theatre, a place she has dedicated to bringing theatre and a safe learning environment to more students.

CAMILLE PEOTTER,
artistic director

is one of four founding artists at Growth Theatre, functioning primarily as Growth’s Managing Director. She hails from Cincinnati, OH, and moved to Chicago at the start of her college career. She holds a B.F.A. in Theatre Management from The Theatre School at DePaul University, as well as a minor in Business Administration and in Environmental Studies. After her graduation, she began working as the Director of Education at Victory Gardens. She has also gone back to foster community engagement initiatives at her alma mater, Cincinnati’s School for Creative and Performing Arts.

OLIVIA DUNN,
managing director
Staff anchor

is the Production Manager at Growth Theatre. She has earned a BFA in Theatre Arts from DePaul University, and an MFA in Directing from Loyola Marymount University. She has been passionate about sustainability since she was 14, and subsequently studied under artist Michelle Reader about making art out of recycled material. Eventually, she decided to use her love of theatre and experience with Reader as a vehicle to push environmental education.

KENZ MANGAN,
production manager

is the Head Teaching Artist at Growth Theatre. After graduating from DePaul University with her BFA in Theatre Arts, Dylan went on to earn her Master's in Environmental Conservation Education from NYU Steinhardt. After that, she and her graduating class toured Qatar in efforts to lessen the severity of their carbon footprint. Dylan moved back home to Chicago with a clear mission: make theatre more sustainable. Luckily, she found collaborators as passionate about that as her at Growth. Outside of Growth Theatre, Dylan can also be found instructing the Windy City Harvest program at Chicago Botanical Gardens.
